In 1992, Kathy Brekke moved to Seattle, a city totally unfamiliar to her at the time. She stayed with relatives while seeking her permanent home, which proved to be a stressful search since she had no knowledge of the area and few resources to help her acclimate.
Six years later Kathy started a company to help others relocate to the Seattle area, intending to make their transition as was as possible. Aplus Housing has since grown into a full-service company offering much more than temporary housing. Kathy’s vision of providing comfortable accommodations, top-notch customer service, area consultation, and even concierge-like benefits to her clients satisfies which she wished had been available to her so many years ago.
