RUA DO CERRO
The apartment has an extensive view over the old and genuine Albufeira and the blue water of the Atlantic. It takes just a few minutes to go down to the plaza with all it's restaurants, cafés and pubs and then a nother few to the beach.
The apartment has an open design with a livingroom and a kitchen with bar facing the balcony and the beautiful sea.
There are 2 bedrooms that sleeps 4 persons, one with a balcony facing north which give the option to sit outside in the sun or in the shade.
The bathroom has a bathtub and bidet. In addition to normal equipment the apartment also has a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Like most houses in Portugal all walls are painted white and all floors are clinker floors. The house has only five apartments of which one has permanent residents. The other apartments are unoccupied most of the year, which makes it a very quiet area.

MOST HOURS OF SUN IN WHOLE EUROPE
ALBUFEIRA is situated in the middle of Portugal´s southern coast line which is called the Algarve. Here you have most hours of sun per year in Eur ope! Albufeira is still a fishing village where you find the colorful fishing boats parked on ”Praia dos Pescadores”, Fishermen´s beach. But the old villige with it's old arabic name is nowadays also the most beautiful and popular of Algarve´s beach resorts!
You see the steeples between all the white houses and no big hotels are allowed to be built centrally since Albufeira is a historically protected village, thus keeping it's genuine atmosphere.
On the long beach there is space for both fishermen and tourists. The cars have had to leave to give space for pedestrian cobblestone streets with many restaurants, bars and outdoor cafés. Lots of shops, artists and sometimes street performers.
GOLF
Along the Algarve coast there are more than 30 golf courses and 30 more are planned for the next coming years!
