Thesis/Projects
Thesis
In late 2008 I started my thesis work at ParaCell Solutions in Kista, Sweden. ParaCell is a project management company that is searching for its own supply chain application in order to streamline the communication among the stakeholders in its projects. This application is found to overbridge and integrate stakeholders and companies to facilitate quicker and more precise order fulfillment resulting in higher customer satisfaction. This need is the foundation of this master thesis project. The report is focusing on the requirements of such application
and a current market analysis of applications that might be able to satisfy these requirements is presented. The roles and information flow that defines ParaCell´s supply chain will also be
analysed.

The "A natural pulse" project was a part of the Media course given at the Media Technology Master of Science program at the Royal Institute of Technology. Me and two of my classmates put together this film to demonstrate the huge gulf that exist between the society, as it looks today, and mother nature. What is a natural pulse? Is it the inner city pulse with constant stress, traffics jams and people rushing off to work... or is it the calm of the nature, the sun setting and the still water of a lake? You decide. Praktiskt projektledning (Practical Project Management)
The purpose of this paper is to study how project management is practically performed and executed compared to best practices described in project management literature. The report focuses on the project's start-up, pre-study, planning, organization and daily work. The area project competence and how that topic is related to the project that we have chosen to study will also be covered. This paper is written in Swedish.

Projekthandbok (Project Handbook)
More and more companies today chose to run their businesses in projects. A lot of IT-companies have also followed this trend which leave themselves in complex multi project organizations. In addition to this, IT-companies are, more often than other companies, in eminent need to position themselves on the market which result in a high working pace and fast decision cycles. This handbook is aiming to provide these companies simple and practical advices on how they can run an efficient and productive multiproject portfolio with multiple parallel projects. This handbook is written in Swedish.
