Project role: Training material for AR
During the start of 2010 I developed training material for the following SAP processes
Masterdata
Credit Management
Invioces and Credit Memos
Dunning and Interests
Correspondence
Down Payments
The focus of this project was to define how each process mentioned above is executed in SAP. All the processes were not fully defined when I joined the project so the creation of training material was mixed with assisting the configuration team in defining who each process is best performed with the tested transaction codes that were available.
