Team development is used to effectively get a new, or older group, to become stronger together and achieve set goals. In this process, the key lies in the teams ability to get to know, and use, each others strengths and weaknesses. To see their strength in their diversity. Through the process, the group gains the ability to develop and reach a deeper stage of awareness together. They become a merged team.

Supervised team development means that an individual, external to the group and trained in team development, leads the group in a process to reach deeper knowledge of the groups strengths and weaknesses. The supervisor also facilitates the groups development of their ability to chooses how to handle/use their newly found knowledge. Team development is used in adaptation to the organizations needs in order to develop its activities through the group’s work towards set goals.

Organizational development & catalytic coaching

Catalytic coaching can be used to support individuals, teams/groups and organizations to undertake change. We use coaching for leadership development, support teams in transition and development practices. The coach helps you set clear goals, explore your possibilities, solutions and overcome hinders to get you to where you want to go.

Catalytic coaching helps people find their own answers to:

What needs to be done to get to where they want to go.
And get it done

All in the spirit of empowering you and your co-workers. We are not telling you what you need to know, we are helping you find your answers to your questions.
