Payment Checkout Experiences
I’ve been dedicated to the development of merchant and end-user-facing products, with a specific focus on refining payment checkouts. This involved introducing novel payment checkouts and upgrading existing ones to align with contemporary standards, incorporating cutting-edge payment models like Click to Pay and Klarna. My primary emphasis has been on amplifying flexibility and constructing new, intuitive checkout interfaces to elevate the overall user experience. Throughout these initiatives, every decision has been methodically grounded in insights derived from interviews and user testing, reflecting an unwavering commitment to a user-centric and data-driven approach.
Dev Docs Portal
In my role as a product designer, I led a comprehensive redesign of the Dev Docs (developer documentation) portal, utilizing user research and data to inform the entire overhaul. This involved end-to-end responsibilities, including UX/UI enhancements, roadmap development, and close collaboration with developers. I also revamped all graphics and worked closely with the support team to establish a new support portal. It's worth noting that the Dev Portal hosted all products within the Nexi network.

A CRM newsletter master template containing flexible and customizable blocks. This is an effective way of creating many types of email send-outs while collecting user data to improve customer experience, and building long-lasting 1-to-1 relationships.
We challenged the technical limitation within email communication, creating first-of-a-kind interactive blocks allowing the recipients to experience a greater amount of content in a slimmer fashion. The interactive blocks are the following:
The Slider: Enhances the storytelling of a single or several consecutive stories of the same dignity.
The Hover: This block gives the possibility to slim content. The images get a more dominant position allowing the send out more color and depth.
The Fold Out: Enhances storytelling and the amount of content in a user-friendly way, allowing the user to explore deeper into one or several stories without leaving the email.

Background:
In 2020, a report by the Public Health Agency (FHM) revealed alarming statistics about the mental well-being of Swedish youth. A staggering 54% reported experiencing anxiety, worry, or stress, with 13% categorizing these issues as severe. Recognizing the growing mental health challenges among the youth, there arose a pressing need for effective interventions.
Solution:
Enter Trygg-Hansa and Bris, two proactive forces dedicated to preventing and improving the well-being of young people. Mental health, often socially stigmatized and perceived as complex, requires an innovative approach. In response, "För Alla Unga" (For All Youth) was conceived—a groundbreaking digital education program.
För Alla Unga (For All Youth):
Tailored for middle school students, this program is a collaborative effort with neuroscientists, doctors, and teachers, offering a transformative journey that empowers young individuals to thrive during their formative adolescent years.
The initiative is not only beneficial but also accessible, being entirely free and seamlessly integrated into the curriculum. It encourages classes to embark on this collective journey, fostering a supportive environment for mental health education.
Recognizing the pivotal role of educators, parents, and other adults in the lives of young people, a preparatory training module has been introduced. This module not only familiarizes participants with the educational tool forallaunga.se but also provides valuable knowledge and practical tips for the early identification of mental health issues and offers crucial support.
"Education in Youth Mental Health and forallaunga.se" is a testament to collaborative efforts, being both cost-free and developed in partnership with Bris—an organization committed to supporting children's rights and well-being. O-Matcharen / The Unmatch is a phone service that paired people up to their total opposites. To market O-Matcharen, Halebop created four podcast episodes where eight Swedish influencers were matched in conversation to their characteristical opposite. Anita "Lady Silver Looström to Janice Kavander, Julia Frändfors to Edward Blom, Alexandra Nilsson to Badou Jack, and Parham to Per Holknekt. We then illustrated and animated 20, 15 and 10 second snippets that rolled out in social media.

Sveriges Utbildningsradio (the Swedish Educational Broadcasting Company), founded in 1978, is a Swedish public-service corporation dedicated to educational programming on radio and television. I was asked to host an educational TV program produced by UR that would be used when teaching Italian in Swedish and German schools. We created 10 episodes, each focusing on a unique aspect of Italy, from food culture to family life.

Over the last 20 years, email marketing has progressed from primarily a broadcast messaging channel to one that includes everything from transactional messages to behavior-based, highly personalized 1-to-1 marketing. It’s no longer seen as just a ROI-channel but rather as a platform that integrates with and makes other channels more successful.
A master template is an email foundation containing numbers of flexible blocks/sections that you brand with your logo, colors, and links to your website or social media profiles so it can be repeatedly used. This is an effective way of creating many types of email send outs while collecting user data to improve customer experience, building long lasting 1-to-1 relationships.
Telenor Group, one of the world's largest mobile telecommunications companies with operations in Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and Asia, underwent a re-branding during 2016.
In this process I was lead designer when developing a master email template for their three main brands: Telenor consumer, Telenor business and Bredbandsbolaget.

For almost 15 years Windows XP remained a highly relevant operating system for business computers. But when extended support ended and the operating system ceased to receive further security updates, many business computers needed to be updated or replaced.
Our task was to adress those still working with Windows XP and help them convince their bosses of buying them new computers. We created a campaign site where you were handed all sorts of material; memes showing the feeling of having to work on an outdated computer, old fashion presentations, articles with scientific and "real" arguments. The campaign spread through banners, ads and social media.
A major challenge was to create an aesthetic look that visually gave an outdated feeling, showing the working conditions those using the Windows XP operating system dealt with. Most of the material provided on the campaign site is designed to look antique and to give a "This-is-the-best-I-can-do-with-what-I-have,-give-me-a-new-computer"-kind of feeling.
