All Perform is a specialist Management Consulting firm based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our main focus areas are:
-Breaking silos and creating cohesiveness and stregth in management teams and organisations.

-Instilling and developing competence in organisations to drive change while performing on a maximum level.

In general, we work in a project format related to change where the above focus areas become integral elements of strategic change projects, such as; mergers, re-organisations, new markets, re-sizing, re-orientation etc.
We regularly take on a role where we facilitate change in workshop formats.

Our underlying management philosophy is based on both deep experience and scientific research. Drawing from modern science we emphasise the necessity for leaders to focus their efforts on how their team members think in order to make them - and thereby the whole organisation - perform.

We emphasize the need for leaders to balance time spent planning and reporting with actual business execution.
