Day 1 – 95 Kg (209 lbs)

In order to see how to deal with this superfluous fat, let`s set my parameters:

– woman
– 34 years old
– 1.76 m
– 95 kg (209.43 pounds if my rusty math is still OK)

I know, it`s catastrophic, but at least, I`m ready to fight… All along this diary, I`ll try to be as sincere as I can, to confess all sinful treats and ask for your help (if someone will read someday my lines which I seriously doubt ;) )!

I`ve read somewhere that the daily calorie intake must be situated for a woman around 2200kcal, so, I`ve started my diet yesterday trying not to step beyond this milestone.

My menu 30th of November (862kcal.):
– a glass of orange juice + 1/2 bagel = total 210kcal.
– 100gr. chicken breast + 75 gr. bread + vegetables (carrots, broccoli, marrows) + 1 diet coke = total 520kcal.
– 1 orange + 1 banana = total 132kcal.

Training:
– 20 minutes of fitness (at home), I don`t have the courage to go to the fitness centre
– 100 belly training
Still 95 kg ;)

    Get reed of the coke and you will take off at least 30 pounds in a months time.
